LAS PREFERIDAS WHITE

Las Preferidas is the first white wine produced by Bodegas Eguíluz, is a blend of old vineyards, made mainly with Viura and a small percentage of Garnacha Blanca that varies depending on each vintage.
It is fermented in new French oak barrels of 225 liters where it remains 7 months in contact with its lees, the lees are worked through rotating sleepers twice a week to provide greater volume and more complexity.
