Joven of carbonic maceration, with grapes from our vineyards in Ábalos and Labastida, it is mainly Tempranillo, accompanied by Viura and Garnacha in different percentages each vintage.
Produced by hand in uncovered concrete lakes, the grapes are vatted by gravity trying to keep as much of them whole as possible, to achieve a purer carbonic maceration, the grapes are traditionally crushed by foot to achieve a smoother and gentler extraction. We only use for this wine the best part of the lake, the “repiso” or “heart” wine.
